PRODUCT ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract, governed by the provisions of Law 2251/1994, as currently in force.
According to the articles of the Greek Civil Code, visitors to the website may place a valid order provided they are legally competent, have reached the age of 18, and are not under judicial guardianship with respect to entering into sales contracts.
Orders may also be placed by authorized representatives of legal entities.
The company reserves the right to seek compensation from the legal guardian or supervisor for any orders made by persons lacking legal capacity.
